Laser Terms & Conditions

Set out below are the terms on which Ossett Laser Clinic provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them before booking any treatment.



Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatments received or products used. However, if you change your mind about a purchased treatment within 14 days and no sessions have been redeemed, we are happy to exchange it for another treatment or product or offer you a credit note. If for any medical reason you are advised not to continue with your course of treatments, please obtain a medical record report from your doctor. The unredeemed sessions will be refunded proportionally.


A session will be redeemed, or a charge will be applicable for candidates who do not provide 48 hours’ notice. Depending on whether you are on a course of treatments or purchasing a single session:

  • If you give 48 hours’ notice, no penalty will be incurred

  • If you cancel less than 48 hours or do not show up for your booked appointment, then you will lose that session


Please notify us before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are you are pregnant.


Correct payment must be received before treatments start at each booked appointment. This is generally in full or can be via our finance options. If you refuse to pay in advance, we have the right to refuse to treat you. Instalments must be paid at correct intervals and in accordance with the terms and conditions of our finance providers:

Clerapay, Laybuy, Clarna or Paypal.


While we will make every effort to meet your request, we cannot guarantee a specific practitioner. All practitioners are trained in all undertaken treatments and protocols to ensure your comfort and treatment efficacy at all times.



Please be advised that make-up, deodorant, perfume, and oil-based products must be removed prior to treatments. Practitioners will cleanse the area. However, we cannot be held responsible for all of the above products that may lay dormant in the skin pores and can cause an adverse reaction.


Ossett Laser Clinic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provide us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Ossett Laser Clinic regarding the care of a treated area.


We aim to provide the best possible service and care to you when delivering a consultation or treatment.

Payment is due with order,  We do not accept cheques. We use stripe for all payments. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.


After placing an order with us, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your booking. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. In the case of Courses, we will send you an email (the Booking Confirmation Email) confirming that you are officially booked onto the course. The contract will only be formed when we send you the Booking Confirmation.


You acknowledge that you are not contracting as a consumer, and so do not have any consumer rights.


Courses for which we have already sent you a Booking Confirmation may not be cancelled without you forfeiting the deposit you will have already paid. The booking deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable (except with our express written consent). Additionally, we reserve the right to charge you for the balance of the Course fees if we cannot fill your place with another student unless you have given us a minimum of 7 days' notice of your cancellation prior to the first day of the Course.


As long as class sizes have been met (Classes of 4 require at least 2 bookings) we will endeavour to not cancel any of our courses. However, some times this cannot be helped, ie due to illness. All students will be informed at the earliest opportunity, via both email and contact via telephone (text) to give students as much notice as possible. We cannot be held responsible for loss of earnings within the workplace when such rare occasions take place.


Education kits are subject to change. Kits will ALWAYS come with added value and at an exclusive price to our students.



Certificates can take anything up to 6 weeks to be sent. It is usually a lot sooner than this, and often only reaches this time frame when going through busy periods.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalised service-related notices and promotional messages;

Our company is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 


All direct payment gateways offered by and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.




How do we communicate with our site visitors?


We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
